We can tailor a policy to include all of the following additional benefits:
- Cover included for “Pairs and Sets”. If an item has an increased value because if forms part of a pair or set, insurers will take this into account or you can decide to claim for the full value of the pair or set.
- “Agreed Value” Basis of Valuation for specified items. A formal valuation is not always required as we can arrange cover for your artworks at a value that reflects the current market.
- New acquisitions can automatically be covered from the moment of purchase.
- Art Restoration/Conservation: Artworks can be covered whilst undergoing cleaning, framing, restoration and conservation.
- Depreciation in value following partial damage, in addition to the cost of restoration.
- World wide cover including shipping insurance “nail to nail”, including whilst on loan for exhibition.
